Two Days, Three Nights
Visit the communities of Quebrada Grande and Pangola communities that lie on opposite sites of the Toro River; situated in the Northern Region near the Chaparron Hills.  These communities are very representative of rural Costa Rican villages. 2	07:00: Breakfast at home stays 08:00:  Travel to Pangola 0900-10:00: Introduction to conservation efforts by Rainforest Biodiversity Group in the region. 10:00-12:00:  Get to know the community of Pangola.  Independent activities. 12:00-14:00: Lunch at local restaurant in Pangola 14:00-17:00: Hiking and birding in Finca Pangola. Independent activities. 17:00: Return to Quebrada Grande 18:30: Dinner at home stays 19:30: Cultural event at Quebrada Grande visitor’s center
